The Artist
I didn’t get into leather craft because I wanted to make ordinary things. I was drawn to the challenge of turning flat pieces of leather into something with shape, function, story, and character.
Over the years, that curiosity grew into a career built around craftsmanship, problem-solving, and ambitious projects — from practical everyday leather goods to sculptural work, including a handmade leather pirate ship that won an international competition.
With a vision for helping leather crafters think beyond basic projects, I bring a rare blend of technical craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and hands-on teaching experience. As an award-winning leather craftsman and instructor, I set the tone for Daniel Reach Creations by sharing not just what to do, but how to think through the work, build with intention, and make something amazing.
